The Africa Truck Drivers (ATD) proudly serves as the authoritative umbrella body uniting truck drivers across the vast expanse of Africa. With a commitment to fostering solidarity, promoting shared interests, and addressing common challenges, ATD stands as the central hub for registered members, providing a unified voice for the trucking community.
Africa Trucks Drivers is the umbrella body of all our registered members across Africa with an aim to consolidate the collective strength and representation of various individual Drivers or registered within their respective countries . In Africa Trucks Drivers we pride in strength in numbers, by bringing together Drivers from diverse backgrounds and different countries we harness the collective power of a larger membership base. This strength in numbers increase our bargaining power during negotiations with employers.
ATDU is the collective voice of truck drivers, representing their interests at regional and international levels. Through advocacy efforts, our entity addresses issues such as fair labor practices, regulatory challenges, and the overall well-being of trucking professionals.
The union actively facilitates networking opportunities among its members. By connecting truck drivers from diverse regions, ATD encourages the exchange of insights, best practices, and collaborative solutions to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the transport industry.
